Here's how this works:

1. The Welcome Slide

What it looks like: This is the slide that will be displayed as students transition to the carpet for morning meeting. Teachers can use the editable text to outline an agenda, keep important notes, or list announcements for the day

The goal: Start your day simply and on the same page

What’s included: There is a welcome slide for every day of the week.

2. The Greeting Slide

What it looks like: Students will greet each other, either one-on-one, in small groups, or in a whole-class setting.

The goal: encourage students to branch out and talk to new people, learn new things, and ensure each kid is met with a friendly face and personal connection to start the day

What’s included: There are 25 greetings in all, so students will revisit their favorites throughout the year.

3. The Share Slide

What it looks like: Students will answer the share question with a partner, in a small group, or with the whole class.

The goal: Strengthen oral speaking skills, gain confidence speaking in small and large groups, learn new things about each other, make connections based on shared experiences and interests

What’s included: There are 25 greetings in all, so students will revisit their favorites throughout the year.

4. The Activity Slide

What it looks like: Students engage in a variety of activities – some involve movement, some involve mental challenges, some involve teamwork…the list goes on!

The goal: Kids exercise their bodies and minds in these just-for-fun activities that will make them laugh, build teamwork, and encourage a fun atmosphere

What’s included: There are 25 greetings in all, so students will revisit their favorites throughout the year.

5. The Message Slide

What it looks like: Close the meeting with a personalized note from the teacher, including a daily riddle/joke/themed sidebar prompt.

The goal: Build connection between the teacher and student, include important notes and reminders for the day, set expectations, and have a little fun

What’s included: There are 25 greetings in all, so students will revisit their favorites throughout the year.
